We are discussing having tough conversations with our students about fighting for them within the boundaries of policies. We stress the importance of focusing on significant issues and not adding unnecessary stress by expecting us to fight for things beyond our control. We also highlight the pressure faced by teachers like ourselves in the education system and encourage understanding and support. Students, we LOVE y’all, but sometimes y’all make the fight hard. Help us help YOU!! #toughconversations #fightforyou #followthepolicy #teacher #ueducation #teachers #district #nopressure #texasteachers
